Lesson 4: Presentation Attributes-The Use of Color

The purpose of this lesson is to acquaint you with the use of color in a presentation. When you finish this lesson you will have an idea of how to choose a palette for your presentation and when the use of color is most effective for your fonts and backgrounds. Your assignment is to read the information contained within this section, visit the links, and complete the proficiency demonstration. Please read the following information, visit some of the sites and complete the lesson.

 

 

Proficiency Demonstration (20 pts.)

Choose the color scheme for your final presentation. Design your layout first in black and white and then put the colors of your choice in place. Write a response journal explaining the thought process your went through in choosing your colors. Designate the background, Headers, body font and graphic colors. FTP the two slides to your instructor along with your journal.
