CD Practice Activity #3 (10 pts.)
 Your objective for this activity will be to choose an appropriate graphic file from a CD-ROM and import that file into a one page portion of a presentation. Select a graphic that could enhance a presentation's effectiveness! Choose your graphic carefully!!
You will need to select two graphics from the CD that you can use in your presentation.
You may select from the following types of files:
.wmf (windows meta file),tif, jpg or pict
For example:
If you were explaining how to participate in the game of "horseshoes" the following graphic might be useful:
 
Here are two examples of file types. The horseshoes are a .jpg file and the children are a .tif file (see definition of terms if you are unclear about the terms).

Find two examples on your own using the CD.When you have found the graphic file of your choice on your CD, send a detailed email or ftp files to your buddy and your professor explaining the following:
1. What CD you found the graphic on.
2. The file type.
3. The file name.
4. How you copied the file.
5. How you imported the file.
6. Why you choose this file.
Be sure to include your full name.
