Additionally you should be able to choose the correct file type for your image depending on the type of image your working with, i.e. illustration, color photograph, black & white drawing, etc. Having this skill under you belt will allow you to maintain image clarity when importing images into your presentations, while still maximizing appropriate image compression schemes.
