Welcome to this exercise. Your task is to gain feedback for the tutorial you just completed. Attempt to answer each question below, referring back to the ScanTips.Com as needed. For each item below: click in the text box, type your answer, then click on the Check button for feedback.
1. Once you have the initial low resolution quick pass scanned image on your system, what is the next step? Hint: this involves manipulating the image in the preview window?
2. After you've selected the final area of your image to scan in from the preview window, what do you need to set next? Hint: this control determines the final size of your on screen image.

4. Once you've accomplished all the previous steps, you press the "Scan" or "Final" button to bring your image into your computer. You've got one last choice to make at this point, and that involves saving your image as a specific file type. You may choose from TIFF, PICT, EPS, GIF, JPEG or JPG ot name a few.
